Swachhata Abhiyan 5.0 programme was organized on 30th October 2025 at Khukkham village, Kundam block, Jabalpur, under the Farmer FIRST Programme of ICAR–Directorate of Weed Research, Jabalpur. 
Dr. Deepak Pawar, Scientist and Co-PI of FFP, spoke about the importance of cleanliness and hygiene for a healthy and better life. He encouraged farmers and students to keep their homes and surroundings clean. Dr. Dasari Sreekanth, Scientist and Co-PI, also addressed the participants and motivated them to take part in the Swachhata campaign. In this programme, a total of 14 farmers including 9 Mohila Kisan and 66 school students actively participated in cleaning activities and awareness talks. The event helped to spread the message of “Clean Village, Healthy Village” and supported the vision of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. |
